Account Deletion

DUNGEON AI DRAGON (Developer: QuantumAI)

Option 1 — Delete instantly in-game

  1. Launch the game and sign in
  2. Bottom tab Me → Settings → Delete Account
  3. Confirm — deletion is immediate

The same menu is available in the web version at game.skylove.ai.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email quantum.admin@hankookam.com with your account email (or guest nickname). Processed within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Game data (characters, progression, items, chat) is deleted, and account data (email, social identifiers) is anonymized. Payment records subject to legal retention are kept only for the required period, then destroyed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
